Please note that items that I make explicitly according to your measurements and basically all coat & flower embroidery orders, as these are configured according to your wishes, are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal and cannot be revoked.
At the same time, it is of course my duty to make everything exactly according to your specifications and, if necessary, to make improvements if something is not to your satisfaction. All other items are subject to the normal 14-day right of withdrawal.
