Delivery

We deliver with a transport company of our choice within Germany and worldwide.

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, delivery will take place within 2-6 days (Germany) or 3-14 days (worldwide) after your payment order has been sent to the transferring credit institution if payment is made in advance.

If other payment methods are used, delivery will take place within 2-6 days (Germany) or 3-14 days (EU) after conclusion of the contract.

Outside the EU, the delivery time is 3 -14 days regardless of the payment method.

International Shipping

For cross-border deliveries outside the European Community (e.g. to Switzerland), additional costs may be incurred - depending on the legal regulations in force there - such as additional taxes and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties. These costs are not additional shipping costs, so you must bear them. Please contact the relevant customs authorities in the country receiving the delivery before placing an order abroad.

Means of payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount for your order to the bank account we have provided to you.

  • PayPal

Pay conveniently with your bank details stored with PayPal. After you click on the order button to complete the order, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. Log in there with your email address and password. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our shop within a few seconds.

  • Payment methods via Shopify Payments

Pay us via Shopify Payments with American Express, Visa or Mastercard or Apple Pay or Klarna.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be dispatched within Germany within 1-6 days, and for deliveries abroad within 2-8 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made to the post office on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
